Practice
Felipe Alonso is an associate in the International Corporate Department. He is currently involved in corporate transactions, project finance and arbitration.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Alonso was an analyst in corporate governance and Latin American financial markets at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France, obtaining substantial experience in issues related to best practices codes and corporate governance practices of institutional investors and state-owned enterprises.
While obtaining his Law Degree, Mr. Alonso worked for a year in Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, a Mexican law firm, where he gained experience in matters related to anti-trust, anti-dumping and different corporate transactions.
