Practice
Karen R. Brice is an associate in the International Corporate Department. Ms. Brice advises clients on corporate and securities transactions. She has represented underwriters, issuers, private equity investors and selling shareholders in public and private securities offerings. Ms. Brice counsels public and private companies on various SEC disclosure and compliance issues, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
She has broad experience within the pharmaceutical industry handling matters involving FDA regulatory matters relating to product claims, labeling, advertising and promotion, including direct-to-consumer issues, and is familiar with most aspects of the FDA regulatory and approval process. Ms. Brice’s practice includes preparing and negotiating development, licensing, distribution and supply, joint venture and collaborative research agreements. In addition, Ms. Brice has provided pro bono services in forming non-for-profit organizations.
Ms. Brice is admitted to practice in New York State.
