Practice
Jessica Bron is an associate in the Firm’s Paris office. She began her professional career at the office of Soulier & Associés, known for its excellence and leadership in international business law, where she focused on corporate and securities law. After this first experience, she joined the corporate department of Lexens Law Firm.
Ms. Bron’s experience includes counseling investors and contractors on all types of operations relating to the right of the corporations and generally to the contract right. She has been involved in the planning, negotiation and closing of several high profile and transnational deals. She also handles the development and financing of her clients’ investments.
Ms. Bron is admitted to the Paris Bar.
