Joshua A. Brook

Mr. Brook is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He has experience in white collar internal investigations, commercial, products liability and derivative cases.

From 2003-2004, Mr. Brook served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Katzmann, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York from 2002-2003.

Mr. Brook is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit.
