Practice
Mr. Clyne has been a member of the Litigation Department since 1987 and the Firm’s Managing Attorney since 1990. He has extensive experience in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
As the Firm’s Managing Attorney, Mr. Clyne serves as the Firm’s liaison with the Court systems in which the Firm’s attorneys practice. He keeps abreast of technological and procedural changes in the Courts’ practices and procedures and ensures the Firm’s compliance with those practices and procedures. Mr. Clyne possesses expertise in the practices and procedures of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the Supreme Court of the State of New York; the Surrogates Courts of the State of New York; as well as the Civil Court of the City of New York.
Mr. Clyne is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the United States Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York as well as the United States Court of International Trade.
