Antonio De Lisi is an associate in the Firm’s International Corporate department. His practice is focused on project development and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and international corporate and financial transactions involving both public and private sector entities, with a particular emphasis in Mexico, Latin America and the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining the Firm’s New York office in 2006, Mr. De Lisi worked at Curtis’s associate firm in Mexico, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle S.C., and at the legal department of the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C.
Mr. De Lisi is admitted to practice in Mexico.
