Practice
Ms. Deliveli joined the Firm’s Corporate International Department in 2005. Her practice is focused on matters related to international law and corporate law. Ms. Deliveli has experience in a range of international corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placement of securities, project financing and investment funds. Her recent practice has focused on banking & financial services, manufacturing, mining and oil & gas sectors.
Ms. Deliveli is admitted to practice in New York State.
