Ms. Dubos is an associate in the International Corporate Department. She has extensive knowledge of both French and U.S. corporate law and has actively participated in all phases of the setting up of cross-border share purchase transactions, motion picture equity raising structures, as well as in the drafting of numerous agreements and related corporate documents.
Ms. Dubos is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars.
