Practice

Mr. Geller is an associate in the International Corporate Department in New York City and a member of the International Funds Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. His practice includes the representation of U.S. and foreign professional investment managers in the areas of domestic and offshore alternative-investment fund formation, fund screening and on-going U.S. regulatory compliance. Mr. Geller has extensive experience in structuring U.S. and offshore investment vehicles, particularly the areas of hedge fund and private equity fund development and negotiations of investment terms and conditions. Mr. Geller also has experience with cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financings. Mr. Geller was seconded for a term of four months to an international commodities trading firm.

Mr. Geller is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
