Practice

Mr. Glazer joined the Firm’s International Corporate department in 2005. His practice includes the representation of public and private clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and securities. Mr. Glazer also advises clients on business formation along with general corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Glazer is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
