Practice
His practice includes the representation of U.S. and foreign investment management clients in the areas of hedge fund and private equity fund screening, domestic and off-shore fund formation and on-going U.S. regulatory compliance. Mr. Hansen also has experience representing public and private corporations in matters related to securities regulation, domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and general transactional matters. Ryan Hansen is an associate in the Firm’s International Corporate department. Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Hansen was a clerk for the Honorable Harold D. Vietor, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. Mr. Hansen was also a staff assistant for United States Congressman Jim Leach.
Mr. Hansen is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
