Practice
Mr. Jenkins is an associate in the Corporate International Department. He concentrates on both domestic and international transactions relating to the legal aspects of professional investment management. Mr. Jenkins’ practice includes the formation, structuring and on-going compliance requirements of US and offshore collective investment vehicles, including private equity funds and hedge funds, and he has advised US and foreign clients on the regulatory framework applicable to both registered investment advisers and registered investment companies. Mr. Jenkins’ other areas of practice include general corporate law, state and federal securities law and general commercial matters.
Mr. Jenkins is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
