Ms. Kounoupa is an associate in the Firm’s London office. She trained at Curtis London and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in September 2007. Her practice is focused on international corporate and commercial law representing international businesses and overseas government entities. Ms. Kounoupa also acts for a number of UK entrepreneurs with global ambitions and is often involved in overseas jurisdictions where laws are based on English law, such as Bermuda, Bahamas, Cayman Islands and the DIFC. She has been involved in litigation based in the DIFC, where the DIFC Courts have based their laws on English law and Civil Procedure Rules.
Ms. Kounoupa speaks English and Greek fluently and has advanced French and German language skills.
