Benjamin Lowin is an associate in the International Corporate Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lowin was an associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, where he represented banking and financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, sellers and servicers in a broad array of structured finance transactions. He has extensive experience representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate areas, including securities law, secured lending and corporate finance.
Mr. Lowin is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
