Practice
Mr. Mori is an associate in the Firm’s International Corporate Department in New York. His practice focuses on international corporate and financial transactions, including securities offerings and debt restructurings, with particular emphasis on projects involving Latin American clients. Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Mori worked at Freshfields, Bruckhaus, Deringer in Paris, France within their International Arbitration Group, he was an associate with Prieto & Cia, in Santiago, Chile and a foreign associate with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
Mr. Mori is admitted to practice in Chile. He is not admitted in New York.
