Fernando Andres Tupa

Fernando Andres Tupa is an associate in the Firm’s International Corporate Department. His practice areas include international arbitration, finance, commercial and corporate law. Mr. Tupa’s current focus is on corporate projects in Latin America, with emphasis on international arbitration and litigation in the oil and gas sector.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Tupa was an associate at a law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he focused on providing legal assistance in corporate, contract, commercial and labor law matters.

Mr. Tupa is admitted to practice in New York and Buenos Aires.
