Kathryn Alisbah

Ms. Alisbah is counsel in the Corporate International Department. Her practice includes representation of U.S. and foreign clients in a broad range of corporate transactions and related matters including securities offerings and securities compliance, syndicated and other corporate financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Alisbah also has extensive experience in general corporate and contract matters for large and medium-sized corporate clients.
