Practice
Ms. Carter Shaw’s practice focuses on Corporate Finance, Company Law and Commercial Law. Her Corporate Finance experience includes, but is not limited to, raising capital and advising on regulatory aspects of financial services law, corporate governance and advice on compliance with Listing and AIM rules. Ms. Shaw has specialized in several areas of Company Law, such as, share options, asset and share disposals and acquisitions including MBOs, company restructuring and rights issues. Her experience in Commercial Law includes, employment, consultancy and service agreements, software development and license agreements, distribution, agency, franchise, technology transfer and other intellectual property agreements.
