As Counsel to the Firm, Mr. Stenshoel focuses on intellectual property issues arising in a broad variety of contexts, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, research and development agreements, private equity transactions involving emerging technologies, and complex licensing arrangements, as well as intellectual property litigation. He also assists clients in developing and protecting international portfolios of trademark rights.
