Mr. Bayrock is a partner in the Corporate International Department of the Firm, based in New York. He has been with the Firm since 1991. His principal focus has been international corporate financing transactions, including Eximbank-guaranteed trade finance, programs for the issuance of short- and medium-term debt securities and project finance. Mr. Bayrock also has extensive experience in a wide range of general corporate and contract matters for large- and medium-sized corporate clients and financial institutions.

  • Representation of a Latin American long-distance telecommunications carrier in the initial financing for the construction of its network and start-up of operations Representation of a state-owned electric utility company in the financing of a 700-MW combined cycle generation plant in a build, lease and transfer transaction.
  • Representation of foreign state-owned banks and other entities in the establishment and administration of medium-term note and commercial paper issuance programs in U.S. and global markets.
