Practice
Ms. Hing’s practice involves a broad range of domestic and international corporate transactions, including strategic alliances, syndicated and other corporate financing transactions and securities offerings and related compliance. In recent years Ms. Hing’s practice has focused heavily on merger and acquisition transactions involving parties and assets in diverse jurisdictions around the world. Ms. Hing has also extensively advised clients, including not-for-profit entities, on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. Her clients operate in a variety of industries including, among others, electronics manufacturing, mining and transportation.
