Mr. Kingham is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, specializing in civil and criminal business litigation and arbitration. His practice includes a broad range of matters involving such areas as securities, contracts, trust and will contests, taxation, professional liability, defamation and business torts. Mr. Kingham was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Southern District of New York, and then Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division and Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney. Mr. Kingham is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been a recurring name in BestLawyers. He is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Kingham is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court and federal trial and appeals courts throughout the United States.
