Mr. Forman, a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Department, has over twenty years of experience in the representation of clients in various types of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, the negotiation of office and retail leases, as well as net leases, on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and the financing and refinancing of various types of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Forman has also represented lenders in the financing of properties throughout the United States.
