• Representation of a Swedish software company in the acquisition of shares in a privately held US software solutions company and other assets, some of which were located in Germany
• Representation of a Dutch agribusiness buyer in the shares acquisition of a German farm equipment company
• Advising a major US electronics manufacturing services company on EU and German merger control issues in the context of several international acquisitions
• Advising a leading Swiss pharmaceuticals company with respect to (i) a Supply and Co-Marketing Agreement for medicinal products envisaged with a leading US pharmaceuticals company, as well as (ii) the drafting of a Research Prize Co-operation Agreement
• Representation of a leading US developer and manufacturer of energy storage and power delivery solutions in product liability litigation against a leading German manufacturer of electronic components for aeroplanes
