Askar N. Moukhitdinov

Mr. Moukhitdinov is a partner in the Corporate International Department. His practice is focused on matters related to the oil and gas industries, especially those matters related to debt and equity financings and with the negotiation of gas sales contracts and servicing agreements. He has particular experience with operations in Kazakhstan and in Russia. Mr. Moukhitdinov’s practice is also involved with venture capital, project finance and international business.

Mr. Moukhitdinov is admitted to practice before the Superior Court of Connecticut.
