Practice
Mr. Russo has been with the Corporate International Department of the Firm since 1989. He has had extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactional business matters, as well as general commercial representation. That experience includes development of infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and long-term purchase and supply arrangements. In addition, Mr. Russo has had significant involvement in Mexican natural gas matters, including advice and assistance with concluding long-term supply and transportation contracts. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Russo was the Managing Partner of the Houston office, prior to relocating to Mexico City. Mr. Russo returned to practice in Houston in January, 2000.
