Bradley H. Doline
Mr. Doline is a partner in the International Corporate group. He has a broad range of experience in international corporate transactions with a concentration in the investment management, private client and oil & gas practice areas.
Mr. Doline has worked on several major transactions in the energy sector, advising governments and state-owned entities, including national oil companies, at all stages of oil & gas exploitation, including the negotiation and drafting of agreements and contracts used in the upstream and downstream phases of the oil & gas industries. Mr. Doline is described by Legal 500 EMEA 2017 as "practical and brilliant" for his work in the oil & gas sector.
Mr. Doline has particular experience in the investment management area, focusing on all aspects of professional investment management. Mr. Doline's experience in this area includes advising fund sponsors and international financial institutions on the formation, structuring and on going compliance requirements of private investment funds. Mr. Doline also provides counsel to sovereign entities, including sovereign wealth funds, in connection with the expansion of their investment aims, formation and structuring of their sub-funds and special purpose vehicles, and organization of their cross-border structured investments.
Mr. Doline’s practice also includes assisting an international private client base of high net worth individuals, family offices, wealth management groups and private banks on a diverse array of matters. His expertise primarily relates to the investment and asset management related aspects of their activities, such as advising their direct investments in blue-chip assets and real estate projects, companies, venture capital and early stage investments and participating interests in private funds. He is ranked in the 2017 Chambers High Net Worth Guide as a Foreign Expert for the US in Private Wealth Law - London (Firms).
Mr. Doline advises an international client base with clients located in the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, West Africa and Central Asia.
