Ms. Charyyeva is counsel in the International Arbitration group. Her practice focuses on investor-state arbitration and international commercial arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral organizations including the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Charyyeva worked as in-house counsel in a multinational oil and gas company. In addition Ms. Charyyeva has experience serving as a legal clerk and law enforcement officer in the Turkmenistan judiciary.
