Raymond T. Hum
Mr. Hum is a partner in the firm’s Corporate group. His practice includes representing public and private companies in a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, tender offers, exchange offers, public offerings, Rule 144A offerings, private placements and commercial transactions. In addition, Mr. Hum advises public companies on SEC compliance and reporting (including 1933 Act and 1934 Act matters), as well as corporate governance and executive compensation matters. He has worked with clients in a range of industries, including the commodities, equipment rental, container leasing, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing services, aluminum, staffing services, digital media industries, biotechnology and telecommunications industries.
He is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., New York and California and is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
