Mr. Combs is an associate in the Litigation and Bankruptcy groups focusing on complex civil litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial arbitration. Mr. Combs has advised clients in a broad range of commercial matters arising from asset purchase agreements, product distribution agreements, debt offerings, and mortgage-backed securities as well as data security and privacy issues. Mr. Combs also has experience representing entities in connection with contested matters in bankruptcy, including avoidance actions, contested plan confirmations, and intercreditor disputes. Mr. Combs also advises clients on cybersecurity issues, hacking, and the protection of electronic documents and data as well as on the European General Data Protection Regulation and regularly presents Continuing Legal Education seminars to other practicing attorneys on these topics.
