Mr. Dykes is an associate in the Corporate, Private Client, and Trusts and Estates group. Daniel focuses on the representation of U.S. and foreign investment management clients in relation to the structuring, formation and ongoing regulatory compliance of private investment funds, including private equity funds and hedge funds. While completing his J.D. at Harvard Law School, Mr. Dykes taught a course on negotiation at Jindal Global University in Sonipat, India, and served as the Director of the Harvard Law School Parody, an annual comedy musical.
