In Washington, D.C., Mr. Nguyen's practice is limited to matters before U.S. federal agencies
Tung Nguyen advises foreign governments and enterprises in a number of U.S. trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. As part of the International Trade team, he has also been involved in several U.S. court appeal and WTO dispute settlement cases on antidumping and countervailing duty issues.
Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Nguyen assisted Hanoi Law University in the publication of a textbook on International Trade law. In addition, he participated in the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (VCCI) Business Law Review Project.
Mr. Nguyen is an active member within the American Bar Association in Washington, D.C., with which he participated in the Death Penalty Due Process Review Project. Mr. Nguyen has also served as a Coach in the International Commercial Arbitration Competition at the American University Washington College of Law.
