Lilliana Dealbert is a senior associate in Curtis’ Corporate, Finance, Infrastructure Development, Latin America and Oil & Gas groups. Mrs. Dealbert has represented Latin American clients on structured finance, equipment acquisition finance, infrastructure development, project finance and divestiture transactions. She has also advised on crude supply, unitization and drilling services agreements. In addition, she has represented oil companies in commercial arbitrations and states in international arbitrations, where her focus has been the valuation of multi-billion dollar oil and gas projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Dealbert served as Global Head of Operational Risk at Goldman Sachs. She leverages her background in finance and risk management to develop creative solutions that meet the strategic, financial and legal needs of clients. She also leads a number of business development initiatives for the firm as well as training seminars for attorneys and clients.
Mrs. Dealbert earned a B.A. at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. She later received an M.B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Qualified to practice in New York, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
