Allison Arotsky is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency group, where her practice focuses on a full range of insolvency related matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and negotiations, and bankruptcy litigation.
Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Arotsky worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Nancy Hershey Lord of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York. She was also a Public Service Fellow at Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc.
While in law school, Ms. Arotsky served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Carla E. Craig of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York and was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. She also received the Barry L. Zaretsky Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Fellowship and the Professor Philip K. Yonge Memorial Prize for achievement in Commercial Law and Bankruptcy.
