Ricardo Mier y Teran Ruesga
Mr. Mier y Teran is an associate in the International Arbitration and Corporate groups, based in the Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on investor-state and international commercial arbitration. He has been involved in proceedings conducted under the ICSID, ICC and IACAC rules, including proceedings related to oil & gas, energy and construction industries.
Mr. Mier y Teran also has extensive experience in the representation of corporate clients, governments and state-owned entities in cross-border joint ventures and project development transactions, including in connection with the structuring and development of international public tenders and project finance for oil & gas, energy and general infrastructure projects.
