Sharad Bansal is an associate in Curtis’ International Arbitration group, where he centers his practice on commercial and investor-State dispute resolution as well as public international law matters. Mr. Bansal has experience in proceedings conducted under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Mr. Bansal holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS, Geneva) where he finished at the top of his class. Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Bansal served as a law clerk to Justice S. Ravindra Bhat at the Delhi High Court, where he performed legal research on domestic arbitration law, among other topics. Previously, he interned for Justice V. Gopala Gowda at the Supreme Court of India.
