Michael Dunmore advises on dispute resolution matters under various sets of arbitration rules. Clients benefit from his multi-jurisdictional experience in disputes under the workings of different leading arbitration centers.
Mr. Dunmore has acted in arbitrations under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, London Court of International Arbitration, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre and in ad hoc arbitrations.
He has experience acting on behalf of clients in arbitrations across a broad range of industries including construction, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and defence.
Mr. Dunmore has worked extensively in the Middle East and in Asia, with previous roles in the UAE, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and the UK.
Alongside his dispute resolution practice, Mr. Dunmore has contributed numerous articles to leading international arbitration publications and carried out various speaking engagements, including lecturing to university students and leading a seminar with Abu Dhabi based in-house counsel.
He is admitted to practice in New York, New South Wales, Australia, and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Mr. Dunmore is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
