In addition, attorneys within the group have extensive experience representing brokerage houses and investment firms in industry-related arbitrations under Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) (formerly National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) rules involving a variety of matters.
