Raymond T. Hum Rejoins Curtis as Counsel

New York, NY, June 16, 2011 - Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced that Raymond T. Hum has rejoined the international law firm as Counsel in the Corporate Department.  He will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Hum returns to Curtis from Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco where he served as an associate.  He was an associate at Curtis in the Corporate/International Department from 2001-2007.  Mr. Hum’s experience includes advising in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, tender offers, exchange offers, securities law compliance and reporting and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Hum has counseled clients in a broad array of industries, including the equipment rental, container leasing, semiconductor, electronic manufacturing services, aluminum, staffing services, and digital media industries.

Mr. Hum earned his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Arizona.  He is admitted to practice in New York and California.
