Curtis to Defend Uganda in UNCITRAL Arbitration
Curtis was recently selected by Uganda to represent the African nation in an UNCITRAL arbitration filed by Heritage Oil and Gas Limited over a tax assessed by Uganda. Chairman George Kahale will lead the defense of Uganda and the team will include partners David Hesse, Galileo Pozzoli and Marco Blanco as well as associate Justin Jacinto.
