Emanuella Agostinelli Joins Curtis as Litigation Partner in Italy


Milan, July 1, 2011 - Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced that Emanuella Agostinelli  has joined the international law firm as a partner in the Litigation Department.  She will be based in Milan.

Ms. Agostinelli comes to Curtis from the Milan office of Eversheds, where she was a partner.  She had previously served as counsel at Ashurst in Milan.

Ms. Agostinelli specializes in commercial, corporate, insurance and finance litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration. She provides judicial and extra-judicial assistance in domestic and international disputes at every level of the Italian court system, including the Supreme Court.  Ms. Agostinelli also specializes in bankruptcy and related procedures and has a strong background in structured finance.

Ms. Agostinelli earned her degree in Jurisprudence at the University of Genoa Faculty of Law.  She is the author of several papers and co-author of a book on tactics in M&A arbitration.
