The transaction creates the premier and most diversified global provider of advanced design and vertically integrated electronics manufacturing services (EMS). Curtis attorneys who worked on this significant matter included partners Jeffrey N. Ostrager, Valarie A. Hing, Jeffrey I. Zuckerman, Evan S. Borenstein and Eduardo A. Cukier; counsel John D. Nielsen; and associates Danny E. Phillips, Douglas Glazer, Olga Beloded and Veronique Hodeau. Partners Eloy Barbara and Rodrigo Valverde and associate Rafael de Haro of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle S.C. assisted with the Mexican competition filing for the acquisition.

Curtis, which regularly represents Flextronics in securities, M&A and financing matters, also recently represented Flextronics in the divestiture of its software services business (now called Aricent) and its acquisition of International DisplayWorks, Inc.
