Dr. Stenshoel is counsel in the Intellectual Property group. He focuses on intellectual property issues related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, research and development agreements, private equity transactions involving emerging technologies, and complex licensing arrangements, as well as intellectual property litigation. He also assists clients in developing and protecting international portfolios of trademark rights.
