ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mr. Palmer is a partner in the Corporate and Infrastructure Development groups. His practice focuses on providing advice to U.S. and European multinationals and numerous foreign governments in connection with their official and commercial activities. He represents both public- and private-sector clients in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Palmer has practiced in Washington, D.C., Riyadh, Paris, London and Muscat. Previously, he was with the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. as a legal advisor in the Office of General Counsel - International Affairs. He also was a legal advisor with the United Nations (UNCTAD) in Geneva and was a partner in a large City of London international law firm.
