Cindi M. Giglio is notable for her breadth of experience in both litigation and transactional bankruptcy matters, working on a diverse range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Giglio represents debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, equity owners, purchasers of distressed assets and other key constituents in restructuring and insolvency matters.

Ms. Giglio has been recognized by her peers as a Rising Star in the restructuring field (Super Lawyers) for several years, is a “NextGen” member of the International Insolvency Institute and was selected as a winner of the M&A Advisor's 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards in the Legal Advisor category.  Ms. Giglio is a member of ABI, IWIRC and a member of the TMA Now Committee of the Turnaround Management Association.

She is also dedicated to pro bono work, donating her time to representing indigent clients in connection with the HerJustice organization and serving on the Board of Brooklyn Defender Services.  She has written articles and contributed to a number of publications, and also serves as an editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
