Mr. Ostrager is a partner in the Capital Markets group. He focuses his practice on the representation of public companies in equity and debt financings, cross-border offerings, corporate governance, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance and general corporate matters. Mr. Ostrager also devotes a substantial part of his practice to representing public and private clients in mergers and acquisitions.

Recent highlights of Mr. Ostrager's practice include his key role in the representation of a global electronics manufacturing services provider in its acquisition of an electronics manufacturer, a transaction valued at approximately $3.6 billion, and his representation of a Latin American government in a cross-border tender offer to acquire control of a telecommunications company.
