ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mr. Geller is an associate in the Investment Management and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. His practice focuses on the representation of U.S. and foreign professional investment managers in the areas of domestic and offshore alternative investment fund formation, fund screening and ongoing U.S. regulatory compliance.

Mr. Geller has experience in structuring U.S. and offshore investment vehicles, particularly in connection with hedge fund and private equity fund development and negotiations of investment terms and conditions. In addition, Mr. Geller has experience with cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financings.

Mr. Geller also has experience with international commodities trading, including transactions involving the purchase and sale of physical commodities and commodities derivatives. In 2006, he was seconded for a term of four months to an international commodities trading company and client of the firm.
