Mr. Fingerhut is a partner in the Tax group. His practice focuses on national and international tax law and transaction services. He advises domestic and international clients in tax-efficient planning, structuring and implementation of private equity and merger and acquisition transactions and counsels clients on financial and corporate restructuring with a particular focus on distressed situations. Mr. Fingerhut's experience also includes tax-optimization of transfer pricing and structured finance business models and he has deep expertise in the structuring and issuing of funds and securities.

Mr. Fingerhut is the author of various publications and the co-author of a renowned commentary on the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz, WpPG). As an active member of various professional associations, Mr. Fingerhut is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. He also lectures at the Frankfurt School of Management & Finance (major in Renewable Energy Finance) on a regular basis.
