ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mr. Hum is counsel in the firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, tender offers, exchange offers, securities law compliance and reporting, corporate governance matters, as well as other general corporate matters. Mr. Hum has advised clients in a number of industries, including the equipment rental, container leasing, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing services, aluminum, staffing services, digital media and biotechnology and life sciences industries.

Mr. Hum received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Arizona in 1998 and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2001.  He is admitted to practice in New York and California.
