Mr. Eviner is a partner in the Buenos Aires office. He focuses his practice corporate and business law, including in particular mergers and acquisitions, entertainment law and gaming law.

He has advised in privatizations of public entities and utilities, and has represented multilateral entities in debt restructurings and credit recovery proceedings as well as local and foreign clients operating in the Argentine and Latin American gaming business.

Mr. Eviner has served as of counsel to the Neuquén Province attorney´s office in Buenos Aires, as well as of counsel to the Ministry of Economic Development of the City of Buenos Aires.
